Vitality's mission is to enhance human performance and develop a new framework for peak human health
Vitality Blueprint is the product of years of direct collaboration with professional athletes, business leaders, recording artists, and top performers in many fields on their way to world titles, championships, and other career milestones — individuals seeking a competitive edge and durable performance to reach the next level.
What emerged from that process is a systematic approach to individual performance that’s been tested and refined over 5,000 times. That system begins with foundational work we call Performance Bloodwork used to clearly assess physiological status and inform the most effective path to optimal performance for a given individual.
For many years, this performance bloodwork system and scientific approach to performance coaching has primarily been limited to elite athletes and professionals. It has always been our mission to create broader access to these performance tools and practices, and the launch of Vitality Blueprint in 2024 represents the first step on that mission.
As we build Vitality, our objective is to elevate performance for anyone pushing to get the most from their life. Whether pursuing milestones, chasing a breakthrough, or simply looking for more energy to be present with work and family each day, we are building tools to give individuals the ability and control to take a performance-oriented view of their health. To do this, our platform will continue to create access to the latest human performance science for our customers.
